Ms. Della Pelle is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and Notre Dame University Law Center of London England. She has extensive experience in the areas of workers’ compensation benefits and disputed claims and has been active as trial counsel in the Workers’ Compensation Courts for over ten years. As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, she is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey.
