Mr. Seaman is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and to the U.S. Supreme Court. He served as a Judicial Clerk, Hudson County District Court 1983-1984, and has worked in both private and public practice, including Assistant Corporate Counsel, City of Jersey City, Associate Counsel, Jersey City Board of Education, and counsel, Jersey City Economic Development Corporation. He has appeared before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
